Who are we?:
Pretty Please Designs, based in Boca Raton, Florida has been pleasing boutique owners and their customers since 2002.  We are a wholesaler of high quality stretchy, embellished hair accessories and diaper covers.  Our products are manufactured domestically to ensure quality and consistency. They are custom designed and made using only superior quality materials.

Our handmade stretchy and comfortable hair accessories and diaper covers are current and fresh, giving new direction to the business of girls' accessories. Our headbands quickly become a girl's favorite, which they ask for by name in our current boutiques.  Our Tushies (diaper/underwear covers) also became a great product line for newborns to preschoolers to cover their Tushies while playing but not squeezing their legs with the typical elastic leghole.

Our products display and sell so well that we continue to attract upscale boutiques internationally who purchase our products for resale. If you're searching for trendy-yet-classic and comfortable pieces, which your customers will love, you've come to the right place.

What is your check policy?
 Business and cashiers checks are welcome. Any returned check is subject to bank fees, checks will be redeposited, or cashiers check will be required.

How do we make sure the orders aren't fraudulent?

We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with credit card processing and other methods tracked during your ordering process

Do you ship Internationally? 
We currently ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Panama and Japan. All other countries please inquire by email or phone for specific policies to your country.

What are your payment options? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Orders, and Checks.

How do you protect our information? 
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose.

How do you handle returns?
We expect that you and your customers will love our products. Each product is made by hand. If you receive an item that is defective, we will happily replace it for you. When we receive the merchandise back we will promptly send a replacement. Refunds will not be given for worn, damaged or custom ordered merchandise. Sorry, no refunds for shipping costs. Please call us for return instructions. For non-damaged returns there is a 20% restocking fee, since all items are custom-made for your store.

What is your policy on sales tax? 
To place a wholesale order buyer must provide proof of sales tax exemption. Please no ebay resellers allowed.
For retail customers please use the shopping cart offered throughout our website. Florida residents excluded.
We do not collect sales tax and do not sell direct to individual consumers in the State of Florida. Please shop with a local Florida retailer.
When applying to be a wholesale customer, we will need to have your business sales tax identification number on file. Please fax to 561-218-1160 prior to your initial order.

Can we see a sample of your product?
We will gladly send a store buyer a sample of our headbands so you can examine the quality of our products. This is to insure that you are ordering the finest children's headband available. You can also visit us in one of our showrooms, or at one of the many markets we attend. Please see our calendar of events.

What shipping method do you use?
Orders are processed within 14 business days, plus shipping time. All orders will be shipped via UPS unless you select another shipping option. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

What are your wholesale requirements?
-Buyer must provide proof of sales tax exemption. Please fax to 561-218-1160 prior to your initial order.
-Minimum order is $175.00. This can be made up of any color combination and style.

Do you sell retail?
Our products may be purchased directly from our retailers and e-tailers found here.
We sell direct to customers outside of locations where our stores are located. Please look at our Retailer List to find a Retail Store near you.
We do not sell direct in the state of Florida.
